”Nido de aguilas” or “Eagle Aerie” an accurate name for this singular apartment complex with only 20 accommodation units, situated at the highest point of Cala Moragues in Puerto de Andratx. Each of the five exclusive buildings will dispose of four apartments with a living area of between 90 and 320 sqm and with one parking space in the underground car park for each apartment.

The apartment complex consists of three buildings with 4 apartments each. Each building has an underground car park with 5 parking spaces and a lift. Puerto de Andratx, in the southwest of Majorca, is one of the biggest natural ports of the Mediterranean and not only has an attractive marina but also an active fishing fleet of more than 20 trawlers. The coming and going of yachts, the daily arrival of fresh fish, the street cafés around the port and many attractive shops confer the village a vital charm.

The rocky coast area around the port, and the valley Es Coll de Baix, which reaches far into the inland up to the village of Andratx, invite to take a walk and offer impressive scenery to the spectator’s eye.

Thanks to the new motorway, you can reach Palma and the airport in approximately 20 minutes by car. This approaches Puerto de Andratx to the island centre and contributes to turn Puerto de Andratx into an attractive residential area, which has a sparkling life the whole year through.

Cala Moragues, with a view of the port and situated not far from the “Club de Vela”, is an exclusively residential area with a fully operative infrastructure, i.e. with connexion to the public water supply and the sewage water system.

The “Eagle Aerie” is situated high above Cala Moragues, with a south orientation. From there you have a wonderful distant view of the harbour of Puerto de Andratx, the peninsula “La Mola” and far over the sea until Ibiza.

A traditional façade of natural stone, combined with a high-quality plaster in soft Mediterranean colours, fits perfectly into the landscape. The Mediterranean-style garden, the spacious and partly roofed balconies and terraces as well as the two big swimming pool areas provide a typical Mediterranean atmosphere.

In spite of the traditional appearance of the exterior, the room concept of the apartments is modern and matches the pleasant, sunny Mediterranean climate as well as the south orientation of the plot.

The apartments have between 2 and 5 spacious bedrooms with en suite bath rooms. By request, separate guest apartments can be attached to the penthouses. This creates proximity but preserves the privacy of the hosts.

The latest technical and aesthetic standards form the basis of the detailed planning and the design of the interior and exterior. This way, much more than just a typical apartment building was created: a modern building with a traditional aspect, built using highest quality materials and following the latest expertise in terms of security, acoustic and heat insulation, ventilation, heating and air conditioning.

Each building has a lift for a maximum of six people. The underground car park in each building has a capacity of 5 parking spaces and a separate storage room for each apartment.
